Terms and Conditions

Booking

Bookings are secured upon receipt of a 50% deposit (see below for deposit terms) or full payment for the booked places. The balance of the trip price is due 8 weeks after your deposit is paid or 2 weeks before the trip, whichever is first. Your booking confirmation email will confirm the amount paid at the time of booking and the balance due date where the booking was secured with a deposit.

Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled by you, the customer. If you are unable to attend please inform us as soon as possible. If we have a waiting list of potential customers for that event, every effort will be made to assist you to re-sell your place. If we re-sell your place for you we will refund you for your booking less a £10 administration fee.

Deposits

Deposits will not be offered as a payment option if the event being booked is less than 10 weeks away.
Deposits are not offered on ‘ticket only’ purchases or ‘coach only’ purchases.

Deposits are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by Take Me Out Trips (TMOT).
TMOT reserves the right to cancel your booking if you do not make your balancing payment by the due date.

Payment

Cash and Paypal payments are not accepted.
Payment can be made online using debit/credit card.

TMOT reserves the right to cancel your booking without refund if full payment for your booking has not been received at the time of booking or by the balancing payment due date notified to you in your booking confirmation email.

Cancellations & refunds

Bookings are non-refundable if cancelled by you, the customer. If you are unable to attend please inform us as soon as possible. If we have a waiting list of potential customers for that event, every effort will be made to assist you to re-sell your place. If we re-sell your place for you we will refund you for your booking less a £10 administration fee.

TMOT cannot offer refunds or exchanges if cast members, whether advertised or not, are unable to perform due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.

Should a trip be cancelled by TMOT, for any reason, in advance of the trip date, you will be offered a booking transfer to another date/trip, or trip credit to the value of your booking for use against a future trip, or a refund, whichever is your preference.

Should the venue cancel the show prior to our departure you will be offered a booking transfer to another date/trip, or trip credit to the value of your booking for use against a future trip, or a refund, whichever is your preference.

Should the venue cancel the show once we are in transit for the trip, TMOT will retain £35 per person for administration and coach and the balance will be offered to you as a booking transfer to another date/trip, or trip credit to the value of your booking for use against a future trip, or a refund, whichever is your preference.

Any person refused entry to, or ejected from, a venue will be bound by the venue’s terms and conditions and TMOT will not take any responsibility for the venue’s decision, nor will TMOT offer a refund for any part of your booking in these circumstances.

Travel

Our timetables are designed to get you to your destination in good time. Should we be delayed through circumstances beyond our control, Peter Godward Coaches and TMOT will not be held accountable for any losses incurred by you.

It is your responsibility to arrive back at the coach ready for the return journey by the time stipulated by the TMOT representative on the day of the event. If you encounter any difficulties in this respect, please call TMOT on 07393 592081.

Failure by you to return to the coach by the specified time, without having had voice contact with TMOT (we will make every effort to reach you by phone) will result in the coach leaving without you. You will not be entitled to any form of refund or recompense should this occur.

TMOT and Peter Godward Coaches reserve the right to refuse travel to any person considered by them to be excessively intoxicated or displaying unacceptable behaviour toward anybody else during the trip, including aggression, verbal abuse or physical abuse.

Unless otherwise stipulated, you may leave belongings on the coach during the trip. This will be at your own risk and TMOT advises against leaving anything of value as the coaches will be locked but unattended for periods of time.
